Count your blessings, man. Around here the pawn shops don't have prices listed on the games. When you ask about one of them they take them over to the computer and go to ebay immediately. You will never find a deal. Ever. I honestly have no clue how they stay in business other than paying people with addictions 20% of the value for things that they steal for drug money. I have to live and die by the garage sales and estate sales. Great video as always.

I've only found one good game deal at a pawn shop and that's cause they screwed up when looking it up it was pokemon shield with the season pass for $39 they comp'd the base version lol

Same around here for the very few we have. It’s either yard sales or ppl selling on fb marketplace desperate to sell.
Cool content, just have to say that as a collector I wish the resellers got less but I do appreciate that without them I might never get a few of the cool things on eBay.

Outdadted games are good for selling in the United states, some country could not sell does old outdated games.

It's really fascinating to see how rural vs urban goes with this stuff, I'd wager overall rural would be better on average because the stuff would still get bought and subsequently sold to stores, but there's far less eyeballs looking at things the second they hit shelves?
Very brave flipping The Prisoner! That Blu-ray epitomises why I find US prices so fascinating. You can still buy it new here for under $60! heh I guess international shipping and import duty busts that up though even if it is a region free release.

I would keep the nicest meter of the bunch in case you ever decide you'd like to attempt any kind of board repair! It can be a fun little hobby, tinkering with consoles, electronics, soldering, microsoldering, etc.

Rural. Urban areas tend to have collectors and resellers hitting up pawn shops regularly.
You can find some hidden gems in rural pawnshops that see very little buyers interested in video games.
Have also found some rare horror VHS tapes in rural pawn shops that would never sit around for ages collecting dust in urban areas.
Goof troop is a phenomenal game… that’s one of the nicer labels I’ve seen on one too!… Also, a grey SNES for $15 is a score, cords or not!

Meters might be hard to sell because that's the most important tool to have when doing electrical work to keep you safe. Those ones look pretty old and beat up so they're not as reliable. However, there could be some dude out there who's been looking for one of those specific meter for collecting purposes lol

I remember a couple years ago I went to this one pawn shop a TON. Like I got all my consoles and games there, it was $10 per disc game, from ps4 to GameCube they were all the same price. I also got my Xbox 360, GameCube and GameBoy Advance there. I miss that place, it closed down a couple years ago. Only pawnshop near me now is super rundown, and when u ask for the price of a game (they have no prices on them) the person behind the counter legitimately opens up an eBay scan app to give u the price. Aka no deals.

The trick is holding on. Sometimes an item stays a year (I'm also doing non game related) and then sells out of a sudden :)

I always have better luck in the rural I live in than when I go to urban area pawn shops. Just found a complete copy of Afrika on PS3 in one of my hometown shops over the weekend.
