👉🏼 Exhale @ Hip Extension (UP)
👉🏼 Inhale @ Hip Flexion (DOWN)
This helps us work with our internal diaphragms: managing pressure gradients in the thorax, abdomen and pelvic floor. These are STRONG muscles & if we can use them to assist in a snatch, your KB will feel lighter, you won’t be out of breath and will have an overall smoother, sharper technique!
