- সম্প্রতি যাদবপুর বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে র্যাগিং-এর জেরে প্রথম বর্ষের ছাত্র নবাগত স্বপ্নদীপ কুণ্ডুর আকস্মিক মৃত্যু ঘিরে সরগরম হয়েছে গোটা রাজ্য। এবার এই বিষয়ে আডিশনের কাছে মুখ খুললেন রূপা গঙ্গোপাধ্যায়, অঙ্কুশ হাজরা,পায়েল সরকার, চিরঞ্জিত চক্রবর্তীর মত তারকারা। রূপা দেবীর দাবি, একা স্বপ্নদীপের নয় , অনেক স্বপ্নদীপের স্বপ্ন নষ্ট করেছে যাদবপুর বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়। অবিলম্বে দোষীদের শাস্তির দাবি করেছেন অভিনেত্রী। অভিনেতা অঙ্কুশের মতে যা হয়েছে তা অমানুষিক। অত্যাচার ছাড়া আর কিছুই নয়। চিরঞ্জিত ও পায়েল দুজনের এই বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের প্রাক্তনী। তাঁদের কাছে এই যাদবপুর বড়ই অচেনা । বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষ যে এই বিষয়ে দায় এড়াতে পারে না তাই স্পষ্ট করে দিয়েছেন এই দুই অভিনেতা।

All students who have plan to study in JU, they should change their mind and boycott this university. Parents need to be more cautious and ensure that children do not enroll their names with this university. By studying JU they will not gain extra knowledge, there are many more good univetsities in and outside bengal where ragging is mild or does not practised.
