The starch in plantain is actually good for you.The greener the better.Plantain contains good fiber.
Also add tofu crumbled up in with the egusi 😋 for added protein, it'll be good and you won't even notice that there's tofu!
Also, "Better than bouillon - no chicken base" is a vegan chicken bouillon, it makes everything taste better and is just like chicken bouillon cubes!
