Everyone I know who loses weight goes through this because for so long we are like “well if I lose weight…” but then you do and now you don’t have this reason to blame why you don’t like yourself anymore. If you haven't already you should try Magnesium glycinate
As a severe TMJ sufferer myself, I would highly recommend getting 1) a custom fit mouth/bite guard from your dentist for sleeping and 2) getting Botox in your masseter. TMJ never gets better so all you can do is try to help relieve the pressure. I hope nothing but the best for you Queen! 💕
Physiotherapy can make a huge difference, as well. It made my life so much better (in addition to a mouthguard)

Stunning ✨ I had similar jaw issues due to stress and the only thing that helped was getting a moulded night guard from my dentist to help my jaw chill at night. Worked for me, might work for others too but either way I hope you feel better soon 💕
I have the same. But it doesn’t work anymore. My jaw dislocates every day multiple times. Its so annoying 😅
Same. I had stopped using mine for a little bit but back before Thanksgiving my jaw kept locking up so I started wearing it again.
I was looking to see if anyone else had commented this before I said it. Yes, I thought it was just a normal part of aging to wake up with a headache and sore jaw. Yeah, no. I can't imagine life without the mouth guard now. I'm actually surprised Trixie's fancy dentist hasn't made her one.
I started getting Botox injections into my jaw and it’s been absolutely life changing for my TMJ. No more migraines from teeth grinding/clenching, etc. it’s amazing. Highly recommended!!
My dentist got me a retainer to sleep in at night and it’s been amazing bc I used to not be able to eat solid foods on extra stressful days. I tried night guards but I used to wake up with them on the floor LOL I know some have tried Botox and it’s been helpful with TMJ, too!!

Trixie is so beautiful pre and post makeup! For the producer- I don't always hear the best and naturally, I don't want to miss anything she's saying. If possible, it would be cool to have closed captions in the future. I love reading the write-ins that pop up on screen and that could be another space for them, too. I realize this is a lot of work, especially when there's already an auto-generation feature. It's just not the most reliable or always available. Just wanted to throw it out there! Thank you :)

I’m surprised Trixie doesn’t have a night guard for her teeth. I was getting migraines from my clenching/grinding issues, and the mouth guard my dentist had made has made a huge difference. Even if you have to pay out of pocket they’re pretty inexpensive.
