Sir, bail matter also need to be touch on the following aspects
# person below poverty line or poor people who are not in a position to appoint a lawyer to getting their bail. What is their % lying in Indian jail.
# Person sleeping on street, if such persons are picked up & put behind bar. Such person will never be able to arrange surety for getting a bail. Will they ever be able to get a bail.
# Migrant labourers who move from one state to another for his bread and butter. If such person is falsely charged. When they are produced before the court at that time they are very less likely to arrange the lawyer for getting their bail.

If fir is filed 420/465 and at crime stage 467 is added. Charge sheet not filed. Accused will be entitled for bail on 61 day or 91 day
