- Time for a new in-depth walk-around video review of my offroad modified rig - the Suzuki Jimny. It has been two years since the last one and there have been a lot of changes and additions to this 4x4 that I want to share with you. I also try to answer some of the many questions regarding the transfer case gear reduction kits, the suspension lift, mud terrain tire size, and much more. You will learn about the best wheels and tires combo, the various suspension kits, how to make custom speaker pods, more about underbody protection, etc.

Really happy to see the updated modification but i'm sad to see the little beast go :( I'm sure the future holds much more projects and i'm excited to see what's next ! cheers !
I'm also sad to be honest! So many memories... But i'm also glad to hear that you will be sticking around not just because of the Jimny but because of the content 🙂 Thanks!
I have truly enjoyed watching all your videos with you and your Jimny, very informative indeed. I’m sad to hear you are selling the Suzuki Jimny though, someone is going to get a cracking, well sorted Jimny thats for sure. I look forward to the next chapter in The 4x4 Lab. 👍
Thanks for staying because of the content and not just the Jimny 🙏
One project ends, another project starts - well modified jimny George!
Hopefully you will make same decision as me and buy pickup with RTT. I've gone for a 90 defender and it is nearly ready for balkans 2023 :)
BTW, 9k is superb price for this amount of mods, gl with selling.
Exactly - time for a new project.
Did you get a pickup version of a defender?
nice video
Thanks for the visit
I don't know if I qualify, but if "Bluey" is still on "The Big Announcement" I'd be very happy for a viability check. 😁 Your neighbour from Romania. Thank you!
Hey mate :) I haven't sold it if that is what you are asking. Are you on Instagram? We can chat.
Surely you find message on Instagram! 😁
I get the feeling you don't desperately need the money. Dont sell it. You'll regret it later. Not right away but you'll always miss that feeling of owning such a unique little thing plus the fun and smile it extracts from you. The locker and compressor alone are worth €1500! Keep it in storage to give to your favourite person..? Not trying to make you feel bad, of course 🤗
You might be right... I want to sell it to one of the viewers that will actually enjoy and appreciate it - otherwise, I might as well keep it...
I get the feeling that you are speaking from experience? :) Have you had a Suzuki and then sold it only to regret it later?
@@The4x4Lab I completely understand the desire to hand it to a like-minded person. I'm in Australia so it's a bit far to drive it from Bulgaria, otherwise I'd jump all-over it. Like a puppy. They're selling here for well over €15,000 standard. Anyhow, yea I had a little Jimny at university and sold it after graduation. Babies were born so the Jimny was replaced with a car. Regretted it for years... until I bought another one. I've enjoyed your videos very much. I'll wait with the others to see what you'll do next! 🤗
The prices seem crazy down there in Australia 😱 In Bulgaria, few people would care about a Jimny. Most prefer some big old mean and scary Nissan Patrol (or similar) 😅 P.S. Thanks for your support!
@@The4x4Lab how much might you sell it for? Iv been looking for one for a while but they all seem rusted, poorly upgraded or very expensive!
Hey, love the videos. Where can we see more details on the car? Year, Kms, list of mods, extras/spares etc
Hello Jon! I think the first and second walkaround videos cover pretty much everything. But feel free to find me on Instagram and we can chat more about the details. ;)
Oh my, it's tempting! Are the modifications documented in any official way? We have rather strict regulations regarding any non OEM parts on any given car.
Hey, where are you from? :) I know that in some countries steel front bumpers could be an issue, that's why I haven't fitted one. Which of the other modification must be documented in your country?
Sad to hear that you are finally selling the Jimny😢
My bet is on a Hilux 😎
And the winner is... 😄
Good job, Jesper!
Hey man, really trying to figure out your fenders so I can add them to mine. Are they custom built? Or can I buy them from somewhere
Those are just cheap rubber fender extensions ;)
Hello my friend. Does the trail gear swivel seals worth than the stock? I will change mine these days and I am thinking of buying the trail gear kit? Does it come for both right and left wheel?
It's leaks now :D but it took much longer time before leaking compared to the genuine kit
In your opinion, why the rear Renault calipers don't work very well?
I'm not technically savvy enough to explain how they work in text but there definately are more sophisticated designs out there.
Or maybe I'm just expecting too much from these handbrakes :D The handbrake on my Hilux is worse! haha
Hi George! wich ET have the rims? Thanks
Hey! They have a -30 offset.
Where did you buy the lightbar?
I was a regular lightbar from Aliexpress, nothing special - but i just got lucky. It has been holding pretty well! The seller is AutoLight Store
How about 2 door 4th gen pajero?
I think that's a very capable vehicle. You don't need to modify it a lot and it offers a decent level of power, comfort and capability. But we will see... ;)
