So the average rainfall annually in Crestone is 12". Is that really enough water for every day use?

Good question... there's a lot of variables and everyone's situation is a little different... I'm certainly very conservative with my water usage over the years. One inch of rain will collect 600 gallons from a 1,000 sqft roof... so that's about 7,200 gallons a year. Also that doesn't count snow melt which adds even more so it all kinda depends. Hope that helps!

I really like the split roof to allow for more light in the back.

Thanks! Yeah it's nice have the top two and sides lets the back tire wall heat up in the winter time
