- We spent 6 weeks living in Split in July 2022. We originally planned to stay for a month but my humans wanted to go to Ultra Europe so we extended our stay by 2 weeks. As it was summer, it was really hot. Most days were at least 35 - 40 degrees. So we tried to do most things after 6pm when it got a little bit cooler. #croatia #split #europe #traveldog #westie #westiedog
Croatia in general is really pet friendly. There are so many dogs, and there are lots of dog parks too. Most beaches aren't pet friendly, although there are a couple that are. However, as they are mainly pebble beaches we didn't go to them often.

Every time my humans see a Westie it’s the law we have to go and meet them, no matter how far away they are 😂 yes 40 degrees was very hot, some days it was as high as 46! There’s lots of good videos coming up soon, I’ve been on a 3 week road trip through Bosnia, Montenegro and Albania. So much to catch up on ❤️ hope you enjoy what’s coming up 😀

Hi, happy to see your dog had a good time in Croatia. We are planning a 2 months stay in Split in winter and I wonder if dogs are allowed in public transport?
You’ll have a great time, Split is so nice! Actually we didn’t go on any public transport the whole time in Split but I am sure they will be allowed on as it’s very pet friendly everywhere 😊
Hi! I'm in Italy as a tourist and going to spend a month in Croatia (he already has a European passport, vaccinated against rabies and chipped). What would this "test titer" be? do i need to do it before i go? I'm Brazilian and I'm a little lost.
Hey, the titer test is only required if you are coming from a high risk rabies country. It’s a test to confirm how many rabies antibodies you have in your blood. But as you are going from Italy you don’t need it! Enjoy Croatia, I loved it there, it’s so dog friendly!
