@@mtadams2009the resort sued local businesses that were selling Mount Bohemia apparel. The shops weren't using the name of the resort or its logo. Just Mount Bohemia, the name of the mountain. They settled in 2022 I believe, in an agreement allowing Lac La Belle to sell their remaining inventory of apparel for two additional years. After which they must cease doing so without a licensing agreement.
