      Imagine catching a back hand from a pad man.
      It’ll be soo fast that you don’t have time to even tell your face to react. Before you know it you’re seeing dark spots and lights. And possible bleeding in the ear.

    At first i saw Buakaw, he inspired me to train muay thai, than j learned of Saenchai, Yodsanklai and many others ... now i found this guy due to one championship. I got to say Rodtang and Buakaw are my favorites. The aggresive stance , the fierce look, deadly precision. Seemingly simple but also so deadly style. Just love watching these guys such inspiration. Gets u pumped for training.

    This is only a snippet of the training and if you think it looks hard keep in mind it's about 40c degrees with 95% humidity

      Any big dude who is fit and active can fight with him, and on some occasions, can even beat him if they're big enough. Its not going to be easy, but size does give you a huge advantage.

      in a muay thai fight. but in anything that allows grappling a large person would roll him. muay thai is great for small people because it's strikes only, they can get as close as they want with zero fear of being picked up, pushed down etc. watch more muay thai and look for hugs, the moment there's a hug it would be his end against a large opponent.

      BoranBKK Sakon I agree. What I meant was that the clinching is something very well known and I know that Rodtang can clinch you up, hes just much more known for his dangerous hands. I also think his Training is still very intense. But I agree with you. Clinching just wears you out.

      They hardly even allow a full clinch in ONE. Watch Muay Thai fights at Rajadamnern and watch it in ONE and compare the length of clinching.

      LMAO. In most martial arts they teach you to either breath out or make sound when striking. I don't remember why, but people do.

      dQw4w9WgXcQ it helps with circulation! it’s like how swimmers breathe out their nose while in the water so they can get a big gulp of air when they come up, or how tennis players grunt when they hit the ball
      essentially it keeps your breathing at a steady rhythm, because keeping it all in means you’ll get tired easily as your body won’t be supplied with the steady supply of oxygen it needs. the sound they make differs from style to style/culture to culture, which is why for example boxing grunts sound different from thai grunts. hope this helped!
