So I think your teachings are probably more practical than Eckhart's, though he has some useful things. I believe his focus is more on the sitting in the presence of the moment. So for example if you were surfing, you would be in the moment of riding a wave, You also talk about the moment, when you speak to the spirit or have others do that, you are speaking in present tense, you are not saying "you will do this" and so on. Anyways I listened to this again with out getting side tracked too much and it has so much good things that it feels overwhelming. I think I will have to listen to it again. Anyways, thanks.

You have an amusing view of the now. I don't think the now that Eckhart talks about is stagnant, it is a wave moving in the ocean. I think Eckarts whole point is to not focus on our boo hoo stories and don't focus on worries in the future that will not happen. You and Eckhart probably have similar ideas, though I kind of missed the point you made using the power of now.. I should go listen again to see what you were trying to illustrate. I wonder if Eckart had a different title of his book like "my deep revelation" and his publisher renamed it to something that would sell.
