That's was like reading a new book , about the three great knight orders . Am very interested the Crusades. As in other things in history . I like cooking at both parties. Christians and muhammadans. But that's a breath of new informations . Very rare in books , documentaries and internet channels ,that you know about must things. Especially on IN channels. Even though you learn something new. Which is good. And it a reminder of the knowledge in your head. But this was worth saving to watch again. Well done . Brilliant researching. 👏👏👏👏😊

The beginning sentence frames events inaccurately. The crusades started when islamist conquered Jerusalem a then Christian state. The islamists didn't simply stop at Jerusalem, they tried expanding west and men of the faith had the motivation to die in battle defending their homes and families as well as right the wrongs done as well as avenge those slain and persecuted for not converting under threat of violence.

The Hospitallers were never soldiers, they were only a religious order, hospital monks to care for pilgrims, but they hired mercenaries to protect them. It was the French knight Roger de Moulin who created the Frêres d'Armes Hospitaliers, a military order to protect them and made them one of the most powerful armed groups. As with the Templars, the vast majority of these knights who made up the Hospitallers were French knights.

Religion was more of a tool than anything for the emperor. He saw it’s usefulness when granting the people comfort but he was adamant that the Catholic Church had too much power. He essentially kicked the catholic church out of France and welcomed them back upon his coronation as emperor. Famously, he had the Pope hand him his own crown so he could crown himself.

The view of moral principles being the ultimate authority was considered a relic of the medieval age by Napoleon's day. Europe saw pragmatism as the foundation for judgement more and more as time went on, and faith mattered less and less.

You keep calling them "Orders of Cavalry" instead of "Orders of Chivalry", even though you got it right in the title?!
Also, 'many could not resist that painful journey' would normally infer that they couldn't find a reason to not go on the journey. You used the "could not resist" in a totally incorrect context.
You also spelt "Hospitallers" incorrectly and referred to them as 'the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, otherwise know as the Order of the Knights Hospitaller.' This is incorrect, as they were founded in Jerusalem and didn't move to Malta or have any reference to Malta for hundreds of years afterwards.

Zeus opens the door and enters the room, he sees three women( one of them is his wife.) "Aww y'all are precious." Zeus said, he went over to them and kissed each and every one of them except Hera. "What about me ?" Hera asked, "Go back to bed," Zeus replied. "I'm your wife," Hera said, "So ?" Zeus retort.
