I like the opt on hit boosts personally. Kind of a "dig" 2 cards, threatens interaction, and can potentially protect power pieces. Foundry heart is a good plan though since it is overkill to always shoot for 4 EVOs
i think in the matchups where you dont run 4 evos you dont need the +3 if that makes sense. against something like fai or viserai a 3 for 9 is nice but it does it job as a 3 for 6 with a disruptive on hit. even if you ran 4 evos you wouldnt live long enough for it to matter
i think scrap is pretty important, i want as many good scrap effects as i can in the deck. perhaps the blue 1 attack isnt strong enough to include however
Just fyi, you can't use singularity unless all four equipment slots are evo. Otherwise, cool list! I definitely think it kinda has to have some boost or else you will just struggle

Totally onboard with your decision to run Foundry Heart but do you think Teklovossen's endgame is strong enough without the 3 for 9 evo upgrade cards?

pulsewave protocol allows you to take a card with block value "less than x", so at 3 evos it only lets you take 2 block cards

yep! chest evos are in the sideboard along with singularity. if youre on heart in your matchup, you dont bring it in
