They don't deserve happiness especially the human trafficker.
These two have such powerful scenes together and their chemistry has been undeniable from the start. This storyline not only showed us how much Callum was willing to sacrifice for Ben but also how strong their bond was. They got through it together and they will get through their current troubles too - Even perfect love doesnt mean a perfect relationship, it just means the foundation is strong enough to withstand the bad times and lord knows these two have had more than their fair share. Looking forward to a time in the not too distant future when the most they have to worry about is what to watch on TV. Would be nice if Callum had some emotional support at the moment too. I spend too much time worrying about these boys LOL

Last week Ben mocked Zack for having a dead baby. He's also a human trafficker. He also had some goons hang Martin off the railway lines and threatened to have his kids murdered. He also paid a hitman to murder Billy (Lola's grandad, and his daughters great grandad) because he made fun of him one time. He only stopped it at the last second because Billy's kids were with him. Remind me again why Ben deserves happiness?
Swinging the axe on these two would be a much wiser option.
God I love these actors so much talent. Ben is good character I wish callum was more of character now rather then just bens husband tho!! Get him some family/friends on the square. All his scenes revolve around ben we don’t even get his feelings on anything never mind scenes with dif people
The actor who plays Ben overexgrattes and is too melodramatic whilst Tony Clay (Callum) is terrible and how is he an actor is beyond me!!

@Bag 1 Completely agree, Ben acts like he's in a panto. Shouting to the heavens every other line. Callum is just all around terrible.

I find it distracting and a lazy acting choice.
Ballum has to be one of the best couples in eastenders and I hope they last because they deserve and need each other. I remember in 2019 when ben was eyeing callum when he was behind the vic pouring pints and I had a feeling something was going to spark and it did. Great actors as well. Well done to both of them
They seem like a pretty rubbish couple to me, and definitely forced by the writers.
@@H.K.5 I dont see how it was forced it was all natural really ever since ben’s arrival in 2019. Ben and callum are a right pairing and are compatible.
@@Oceansandvineyards4752 They don’t have good chemistry, all they do is kiss and argue. It’s definitely a forced couple and the writers only paired them because they’re gay.
@@H.K.5 they do have good chemistry. Were you watching back in 2019? There was chemistry before their first kiss. Ben has some issues he needs dealing with and needs to learn to open up and talk other than that ben and callum are a healthy loving couple. Couples do argue from time to time on tv shows and in real life

Why is Callum still here when he has no purpose and there's nothing left for him on the show?? I mean everyone (Particularly Ben) piss all over him and make him feel weak and vulnerable in the process plus with Stuart and Vi gone he has no family on the square!!

@@justaperson2222 Eve and Harvey have a purpose, Eve has Suki as her secret lover, Stacey as her wife and the Slaters as her family not to mention being a solicitor allows her to interact with every character. Harvey has Jean as his girlfriend, and has Rocky and Mitch as his mates, and he also works as a cabbie, so he has a purpose on the Square, the same can't be said for Dullum.
