In MNCs most of the north prople doesnt know to speak english but still getting job only bcz of bucketting. Compared to these north people we kannadigas are well educated and trust worthy people and we know english very well its bcz our education system is good and conduct exams with zero frauds involvement.
We are getting job in private companies only bcz of dirty politics by north people. Even im in MNCs, i know the ground reality vey well.

I don’t understand reservations in private sector the companies hire based on personal performance and we start reserving like companies will out of Bengaluru just in months. There are Kannadigas in other states also, in IT companies you can’t show any parsality because in interviews there will be multiple stages and each stage different people will interview, and you can’t hire just like that because the interviewer comments will be recorded and if the candidate performance is not good the interviewer will be questioned. So Kannadigas think if it, state revenue will be impacted
