Insane how much pacing this ride has from one lift hill.
They made excellent use of the terrain. It's insane how fast it's moving as it passes the station.
yeah you would think they would need a higher lift hill but this ride just keeps hauling to the end
Love how much The Beast clearly influenced the design of this coaster. It looks awesome.
Wow. That's a long ride.
Glad they retracked this beauty, she needs to stay around forever! I got a splitting headache from this when I rode it 2 years back but that didn't stop me from marathoning! One of the best coaster layouts of all time hands down! 🤘🔥
You did it! I remember commenting that you should go to holiday world!
These are the kind of coasters that makes me feel tired after its over. I love them!!!
I haven’t been on a coaster in more than 15 years. This and Steel Vengeance are the ones I’d most like to ride.
Thank you for doing these videos I can't ride roller coasters anymore. What a beautiful roller coaster. I enjoy the videos thanks again
I love wooden rollerer coasters. Beautiful and nostalgic.
This is my #2 coaster right behind Iron Gwazi, and at Holliwood nights, it's by number one by far! Love your footage
Imagine if you got a free voyage shirt for ridding it that should be awsome
Can't wait, in the next 30 days. I love The Beast and this looks phenomenal.
This coaster has quite a lot going for it! High speeds, multiple tunnels, long length, interaction with itself and other rides, a brake run that feels like it doesn't slow the ride down at all, and a few points near the end where it feels like the ride is over but keeps going. All of this off of a single lift hill too! I can see why it's constantly stated to be one of the best wooden roller coasters on the planet. I hope I get to ride this some day.
Wow ❤❤❤
Favorite woodie right here and current number 3. Great viddy 🤙❤️
My all time favorite coaster
Bucket list for Me. Looks like it never quits. Amazing::
The video is clear! Thanks for sharing!
That’s magnificent!
Holy crap, this looks incredible.
That new trackwork looks MINT! I was there last year and it was really rough.
Going again this month, now i can't wait.
I've gotten about 8 rides in across a day and a half. Going back today for our rain delay ticket just to ride Voyage. Such an amazing ride!
What a beautiful thing this coaster is.
The retrack looks really nice!
Holiday World retracks huge sections of The Voyage every year, so it continues to be smooth. And they replace all 8 layers, and not just the top 2 layers like most parks do. It costs them a lot of money to do so, but the commitment they have to keep their star attraction as good as can be is amazing. 17 years later and it gets better every time she ages.
Love this ride. I wish it still ran the extra train car, but can’t complain otherwise. Holiday World takes good care of her.
I thought it was slowing down and then...nope... another 10 miles to go!
The name and the ride are one in the same. Awesome!
This thing spits in the face of gravity and physics. How does it just keep going so fast
My boy in my state I’m excited to ride this
Beatific day for a VOYAGE in the woods, sans the D*MN TRIM brakes!!!🤭
4 more days!!!!!!!!
Nice one
💚
Good
I like long rides
There's a Fozzy music video(Chris Jericho's band), where they filmed on the Voyage! His guitarist throws a full guitar that he was holding while going up the lifthill, and when he got to the top right when the train was about to hit the first drop, he throws the guitar in the air!
Een te gekke baan😅🎉😂❤
now THATS a woody
I don't understand where it gets all that speed towards the end as that trim brake slows you down a bit that's weird lol
I have yet to ride the Voyage so im curious to ask, do you get floater or ejector airtime on the first 2 large hills?
sometimes retracks can be a little odd so do you think there is the same amount of airtime as before?
Not same amount of airtime at all. If you compare this vid with another from 2022 or any previous year you will notice that in every retracked part the train slows down. I had the luck to rode it on 2022 and 2023 and the difference is huge, I do not understand why this is not noticeable by other enthusiasts
Fun fun looks
live 40 min away...havent been to holiday world in a few yrs tho. they need a new coaster
how is it able to maintain that speed
The midcourse brakes are on a hill about 90 feet above the station, so the second half runs downhill the whole way back.
2005:
Holiday world: so we understand that this is your second roller coaster is that right?
Gravity Group: YES
Holiday world: so how big can you make our new coaster?
Gravity Group: YES
Lol Why would anyone be waiting for this? The ride has been there since 2006 and there are at least hundred povs. This doesn't even come close to the CoasterForce Povs. lol
Dad
⚽🥂🎢inazuma eleven ares whoa mind in awe🎢🥂⚽
I'm so glad Holiday World commits to replacing all 8 layers of wood to keep this ride as smooth as can be~ We all know that maintaining wood coasters are not easy and can be expensive to do so, but Holiday World is committed to keeping their star attraction the best it can be :)
Precisely 🥃🪵
Rode it 2 weeks ago the re-track is great! ❤
It's my #1 of all time, as the design is just too genius and unique. When it's maintained, it's just insane.
