Smirking at the defense attorney while on the stand - states prosecutor constant interruptions to approach - is disruptive and the witness is difficult
How could it be anyone else? He was reckless, but i still believe in the provocation that he was handed a cold gun that Hannah Gutterrezz put a big old live slug in.... who could imagine that?
@@rebelcave8556 he rushed he even threatened to kill people on set again all it takes is for one person to stick one round where it don't need to be and that's what I think he did he wasn't paying attention to this as he should have been
@@rebelcave8556 how would it be anyone else I guess you never heard of stories where there has been an accidental discharge of a firearm somebody's been killed or injured and look at their sentence versus his
@@danpp6175 You can not say that it would be someone else because he got off for the fact that he’s that rich actor. They handed him that gun with him thinking it had only blanks. It was completely non-voluntary. Even pointing the gun at people, I’d say you can’t get him on. Even though it’s completely wrong to point a real gun at people even when it is empty. We have to say we need to go to the source of handling the gun and the gun procedures these rich arrogant movie boys are willing to discard. It’s a very loose law they can get around on set and a weapon is how you perceive it. Which makes most anything a weapon. It’s not Alec Baldwin’s fault that there are not more direct laws to gun safety. It should not be legal to point a real gun at anyone, empty, or with blanks. I’m just not sure it is the law if they are saying you can. It should be. Can’t blame Alec Baldwin. This stupidity was long before him and it’s happened before on a movie set.
Witness a/ black glasses a female on the stand seems biased against the defendant , her body language & over all demeanor in ways of tone & cadence is apparent

@@rebelcave8556 okay I just cleared the weapon I hand it to you you placed around inside of it whose fault is it not mine
You may be a good actor but unfortunately not a very good person...that has always been very obvious!!!!!
I love it when they get into semantics 😂 hilarious

Like pulling teeth this heavy woman with black framed glasses to tell the truth
So many many sidebars of continuous interruptions - how can the jurors get a grip on this case -
Thank heaven's for fast forward, eh?!
Alec Baldwin didn’t do it on purpose it was an accident. Very tragic I feel bad for the loss of the person and the pain the family is going through❤
That is why it is an Involuntary Manslaughter charge.
Witness says “ I myself” in what world is that proper use of the English language?
The judge is good
Not sure why but I find her voice so annoying…
Innocent
Innocent of pulling a trigger that taken a life?
I already have a verdict, a guilty verdict for Alec Baldwin.
Baldwin definitely pulled the trigger. What gun goes off by itself? He is still innocent imo. No intent or negligence imo.
Ptick
Looks dirty
