Idk if i would say that thats what theyre meant for, but it may or may not be a hack from what @ehshutup is saying. I did hear though that it can be done, but if it was meant to be that way why wasn't this ever part of the instructions? I think someone just thought it would be a great idea, tried it and succeeded.
I always thought you were supposed to use one or the other, not both together. Also, sometime said if you heat those glue tabs with a blow-dryer, they work better. I hope it works because they'd fall off in seconds before.
do you have any tips for keeping your nails healthy while wearing press-on nails? i already have naturally thin nails and press-on nails have been making them worse but i like wearing them.
Sometimes in between nail sets I take “tolerance breaks” for my nails. At least 3-5 days if I can until I want to put another set of press ons. On your first day of the break, Prep your nails as normal but after you clean them up, you wipe your nails with an alcohol wipe, then apply cuticle oil to your nails. I also lotion up my hands after a couple minutes of applying so they feel extra moisturized. This has helped me but there are way more tips as well if there’s other issues!
im mot sure if this is possible for you, but i use builder gel or polygel as base coat to keep my nails from thinning further. so i prep my nails, use one coat of builder gel as an overlay, then use tips w whatever adhesive (gel or glue) on top.
I've always had naturally long nails, then due to reconstruction they became very thin and fragile (so fragile that they even break along the length of the nail!) I'm solving my problem thanks to press-on nails. I purchased Sally Hansen miracle cure which I apply before applying my nails (but the duration is shorter). If I may ask, how did your nails get worse with the press-ons? Maybe the gel you use to attach them will ruin them?
I read somewhere that the cyanocrylate of the nail glue dissolves the sticky tab and then it’s a mess to take off and damages your nail a lot. Is it true?
when you add the sticky tab, do you remove the plastic from the complete tab or did you only remove the little notch on tip and kept the plastic on the sticky tab then added the nail and glue on top of the plastic on the sticky tab?????
Hi love! So sorry about that ! We’ve been haven’t issues on our end with fulfillment. Can you send your shipping information to my email tutorialsbyc97@gmail.com I’ll give you an update there ♥️
The tabs are meant for heating with a hair dryer before you apply the nail tips! They stick super well.
that doesn't even work smfh
tried it many times, fail

I only recently learned this!!!! I wondered why they literally always fell off, or ripped my hair out any time my hands went near my head lmao!
OMG!! I never knew what those sticky tabs were for. Thanks!! I'll be doing this method going forward! 😊
You just thought they came with pressons for nothing?
How long do they last with the tab& glue combo? I have never seen that before! Thank you for sharing!
I find for me they only lasted around 4 days. Washing hands, showing etc, the water does get under causing them to lift after a few days.
mine last weeks without popping off and working a server job so i’d hit them a lot and they never came off.
mine lasted around 3 weeks when i did it and even then they struggled to come off 😅
Mine last three weeks too and I also struggled to get them off. These aren’t like the press ons when my mom was a teen 😂
Mines last about 2-3 weeks!
Wait! You're suppose to put glue on those! I was just using those only? Omg I never knew.
Ur not supposed to do that 😭
Me as well
This girl can do anything at this rate✨️
I do my nails like this all the time and my nails last for almost 3 weeks each time!
Awesome advice!
Damn it I put the sticky in the nail! Good to know, thank you!! ❤

Wow...never thought to use the tab with glue, I just usually use one or the other...Im definitely going to try this ❤
Loooove this hack!!!

^ I say this bc I have weak thin nails that always break and the “tolerance breaks” help with keeping my nails stronger ok thank u for ur time 🤝🏼

I habe to wide nails... All sitckers are.tooo smal
How many nails do you get in this set?
Love them
What if your kit doesn’t come with the tabs?
please don’t do this. just use regular nail glue. i did this and when i took the nails off- the smell was horrific. please don’t try this.
Wow
when you add the sticky tab, do you remove the plastic from the complete tab or did you only remove the little notch on tip and kept the plastic on the sticky tab then added the nail and glue on top of the plastic on the sticky tab?????
She removed all the plastic
This does not work… the nails fall off way faster this way. The glue is only stuck to the sticky tab…. Not ur finger nail……
YASS WHY DIDNT YOU pOST FOR A WHILE >:(
I wonder if she ever uses the glue gel
❤
