yup Smash Into Pieces has been my fav band for like 4 years
This song just might be what saved my relationship.. I always had the problem of keeping everything inside and she needed me to share. She always worried there was some reason I didnt talk and she was scared. In her last relationships they cheated on her or hurt her in some way. and I always tried to be better and open up but instead I kept lying to myself and her even when I knew I needed to change. And so I resonate with this song so well... and when he said "I never thought it would make you leave" it honestly hit hard. Because we were at an all time low in our relationship. And since hearing this song I've begun to truly open up and we've gotten closer. So thank you.

Song is with big Power
One of the few rock bands that I can put on when I go to sleep - his voice is just soothing and full of emotion.
This reminds me of an ex of mine. She did try to make things work with us, but I couldn't handle the stuff she kept doing to me. In the end, I had to finally let her go and she sounded so incredibly defeated. Listening to this reminds me of her and her actions when it did finally end.
I hope she's okay right now... I do wish her the best.

This song has a deeper meaning to me than the comments I have read here. When people die...you can't get them back but if I could turn back time and change my life I would do things differently.
There's some things I would have done differently, but then if I had, I wouldn't have learnt the lessons I have now. Sometimes things happen to make us stronger and wiser. I hope your well. I lost my mum when I was just a teenager and spent 10 years in hell grieving. I've never known a love or loss like it. People have died since then, but they didn't affect me as much. When my mum died it nearly destroyed me, instead, it's made me much stronger and wiser.

The beginning of the song sounds like the start of Mad World( I like their version of Mad World, even though the original from "Donnie Darko" was a more darker, hauntingly beautiful version, especially if you have seen the movie, not just heard the song). I know there are probably some younger people that may not have heard of either "Mad World"- the original or know that it is from that movie( mentioned previously).
The Donnie Darko Mad World is a cover too. The original is from Tears For Fears
