Amazing and gorgeous looking car. Very good petrol engines but i ve heard that diesels have many problems with DPF and overall failures. Thanks for the vid!
@@PresidentDrive yeah. I love these mazdas. Shame that most of them that i noticed are diesels and from what i heard and read they have serious problems but some of them had been solved by software remap.
My grandpa had this car but the 2.0l diesel for 12 years and never had a problem at the engine. Her last year had a problem with the left electric mirror. I will never forget her because when i was 14 y old i've learn to drive

It has problems when dpf gets clogged,then engines are failing, the newer mazdas do have much more serious issues from what i heard and read the engines love to grind themselves down, this is one (gen 2) its ok you just gotta be aware of oil level,how much dpf is clogged and take care of it,then its fine. The 2.2d is also good.

This is true. The same good engine as 2.0 PB :)

Mine has a 2.5l motor. Did they make this an option for the platform in the UK aswell?
They did!
unplug the cable for airbag under the passenger's seat and plug it again, that will solve the problem of the blinging light
Or just give the cable a little shake... It solves it for me...

Siemka, jest o dziwo naprawdę dynamiczny jak na 1.8. Najlepiej jednak sam się przejedz, każdy ma inne odczucia

How many RPM at 140km/h? And 5 gear?
Around 4.000rpm in 5th gear. But engine is really not that noisy on the highway, great car!
