So...returning from field to hand counted as "Added to hand" eh? I never thought about it
It’s weird because as far as I know, returning from GY to hand via Oak doesn’t count.

THE POPLAR RULE:
as an Earth Machine player since years ago, i really knew this effect because “Ancient Gear Box”, a card you guys will know nowadays for SHS, well, that card also texts: “if this card is added to your hand”, and several times i added it from the GY with “Gear Gigant X” effect and the box still resolves because as same as Poplar, ir says if its added, does not care from where. Sure there are more cards with that “weird” effect tho, but i was familiarised with that one, hope it helps guys
Yep it makes sense that it does activate, but I was surprised because I’ve never actually seen it happen 😅

Thank you! I believe so, the difference is I took out ash blossom, 1 effect veiler, 1 Ariane for 3 nadir servant and an Ecclesia, and I do believe that helped a lot with both going first and going second
I know some people get annoyed when I keep changing my Decklist but I do that to optimize the deck for you guys :)

Poplar says "added to hand" without mentioning "from where". Had seen a judge talk specifically about this topic on YT
Yeah grammatically it does make sense, but then does it trigger when added from grave/banished zone to hand using Oak’s effect? Cuz I saw a comment here say no when grammatically it should activate
It just trigger if it is added anywhere to hand, even from Exchange
It can trigger *after* it is added to hand by any means

I usually play duel links, but got Master duel recently but I can’t decide between a snake eyes or Labrynth deck, which would you say you enjoy using more?
Welcome to Master Duel! I think I enjoy using snake eyes more, the playing style is interesting, can go both first and second, and is simply the best in the game
But you should know it should get hit on the banlist next month, we don’t know how hard it’ll get hit
@@Moha-MasterDuel Thanks. I'm also wondering how f2p is it compared to duel links? Can you make new decks frequently or is it hard to get gems like in duel links?
@@Shuten-Douji master duel is much more F2P Friendly, if you do your dailies everyday and reach a high enough rank in ranked every season, and participate in the festival, you should be able to build 1-2 decks every month

I won games against Lab because of roll back. I lm using Branded synchro in in the Duelist Cup.
Yep sometimes paying life causes you to lose, lost to a burn player that only had 1 set card 🤦♂️
Was that a poplar glitch? Or is it actually a ruled to work that way?
Bcuz Its clearly stated "if this card added to the hand" you can special summon this card, it's doesn't say added from the deck,so bouncing it back from the field will trigger its effect
It is designed to work that I way, I just never thought about it cuz I’ve never seen it happen 😅

Which cards in the extra deck really matter? I don’t want to craft ultra rears that are only there for pot of prosperity cost?
Any card that has a gy effect for dogmatic punishment the rest is optional
Labrynth doesn't summon that much from the extra deck unless is for a chaos angel or a situational link summon but its not necessary

1 garura and 1 ntyss better would be 2 of each as nadir servant targets but those cards are good in many other control decks as well
@asdsdsd1092 usually is better to run at least 2 two ntss cuz if you run extravagance and ntss gets banished you would still have another although there's times were both could get banished and thats why i always use 3

Dogmatika actually works pretty well with Lab but I don't use pots because the chances of banishing the cards that you need on extra deck for punishment is really high. I'm playing Lab in the duelist cup and my only problem is losing to coin toss most of the time. My chances are so low that I could only play 1st once every 5-6 matches.
@@heroinfinity2184 I feel your pain, but I highly recommend the pots! I play 5 Dogmatika targets, the chances of banishing all of them is extremely low
I added Dogmatika to the deck because the deck doesn’t care too much about Maxx c, so I removed ash blossom,
I know it’s annoying I keep changing my deck but I do that to optimize the deck for you guys, I do believe this is the best version of the deck tho
@@Moha-MasterDuel I totally agree. The only reason I don't use pots is because I don't have enough UR's to craft on extra deck. But if you have full UR materials to craft 2-3 N'tss, 2 Garura, 2 Tri brigade arms then this is the best way to optimize the deck using dogmatika. I do only have 1 nadir servant and 1 N'tss so I don't play pots because I don't want to gamble my chances...😁 I still play floodgates with furnitures on my Lab with 1 nadir servant. I want to go full swing on dogmatika but I love playing floodgates because that is my playstyle. Your winstreak is amazing, I am stuck on lvl16 in duelist cup, and my luck on coin toss are mostly the issues. Lab floodgates are good going first but has issues going second. I'm thinking of adding evenly matched on my deck since I always lose to coin toss.😭

Yeah I built my audience on meta decks unfortunately 😅 but I do play non meta decks like resonators, galaxy eyes, Infernoble
