The problem with low tiers is that good players base their game off of where other competent players will go on the map and how theyll play. Low tiers have absolute madlads who press w and go kamikaze
Now he got to try out tier 6 bassotto, now in my opinion its a pretty much op tank. And most of all cuz it got crazy gun with broken reload time and some mid armor that will good give u more bounces than u ever think. I played in it last few days and i think it was pretty fun vehicle to play with.
My thoughts on the first game. Droodles waisted too much time in the beginning searching for the heavies. But hey where were they? And then farming the afk which were a lower tier tank. Should have made it to the hill and cleared out lights and mediums instead. Then turnaround and deal with the heavies. The teams fall apart really quik in lower tiers so, as a "better" player, you have to be where the action is and support the noobs. Time is of the essence!
^^^ Such a GOOD looking & very handsome tank is that KV.1S, esp' in that crazy fictitious "Football" camo' scheme So glad YOU covered some 'mainstream Tier.6' for a change. I much prefer playing down there "with all the added mayhem", as it makes it FAR less predictable & FUN
It used to be my go to T6 tank when I first started! It was not so popular back then, everyone were pulling out the KV-2, but the KV-1S is a more solid tank for me, specially after the buffs. Nowadays, I sometimes (maybe once a month or so xD) pull out the Thunder.
I'd say the tog is better. It may be slow and has no armor, but it's gun is basically the same as a centurion mk 5/1, 4.5 seconds of reaload and 200 dmg. It also has a tier 8 medium hp pool. The m6 is also better imo. Less hp and worse gun than the tog, but it is a bit faster and has more armor. Both have better dpm and are more accurate than the kv1s Just my opinion anws
@@yurei7394 yeh, i understand your opinion and i kinda agree when it comes to TOG II, i don't have the TOG II but i would assume it feels similar to the FV201 (A45) in tier 7, which just feels insane, just unloading ur ammo rack into the poor soul that faces you, with the limitations of going like 30ish most of the time and troll but meaningless plates of armour (3000 dpm just too good tho ngl) M6 i only ever used in cover, with the lower plate covered 24/7, I knew already from playing BDR g1 B (uptiered) the armour on the hull is pretty trash, good gun tho but VK 36 has armour if angled properly to just never be penned (even in open, still got cupola tho), i got 5k damaged blocked on it in a uptier once without really much effort. The potential in VK36 is just insane, side scrape is just basically godly, you can even side hug enemies (im not kidding). Not to mention a very solid gun, only beaten by the ARL (it also goes surprisingly fast) you can do great in any tank, but some tanks stats make it easier to do that (this is just my opinion ofc)

I'm actually new and I have this tank I love it so much. I'm going to spend some gold and permanently enrich it, buy the football camo cause I love soccer and buy a little hood ornament. The KV1S used to be a monster, but between nerfs and power creep its just a meh tank now. If you shoot its hull just behind the front drive wheel you can make it burn easy. It has bad armor and backs up super slow. Its only good when you have another tank to cover you while you are reloading.

What the fuq!? 15 sec reload (should be 13 secs) 3.super bad armor ( huge cupola , huge turrent cheeks which tier 5 can pen, kv 2 can he it from the front, even tier 4 can pen the lower plate , any tier 6 in this whole game can pen the upper plate. 4. Super bad accuracy ( shells often fly over the tanks or hit the ground unless you decide to close combat. 5 . This is when you realize that becase of paper armor and so you will be recieving more damage than you deal.
I think in the first match you were there too fast. The T1 is deciding to go MT side or HT side. Then after a while, Bassotto is going HT side. All this while the AMX captured all bases.
It’s kinda funny back in my older days, this thing is always be very powerful, more powerful back then as this thing can pen 175mm of armor back then. Basically an IS that is faster and way slower reload. A Turreted SU-100. But again back then we alos have Kv-2 and can HE Tiger I side turret. Damn, I miss those older days.
Of course I love the kvis. I used to sneak around in it. When they had +2 ,matchmaking. And try to shoot tier 8 is3,s in the back and king tigers in the back. That's why it so powerful. But the kv2has the rng over it. I've been one shot many times by kv2s. Just never learn I guess. I have seen a few new skilled players playing the tank. Some are quite good. I shouldn't take them for granted.
Fighting Smashers in this Tank isn't fun sure but it is a tier higher after all. The KV1S is 10kmh faster and much more mobile, and will cut though the Smasher hull no problem, so fighting a Smasher at a distance is possible, but 1vs1 you'll lose for sure.
Hey Drood, in the next update, they are turning the T55 A from a premium to a collector vehicle. I paid 20 dollars for this veehicle some months ago, when it was a premium, and now they r going to make him a collector, something i didnt pay for, can this be considered as a fraud?
No its not fraud at all, read the TOS, you dont actually own the tank and they retain the right to change it as they see fit, if you are really upset send a ticket, ive seen them refund tanks before but ive also seen them tell people to pound sand. Especially if you have had it a long time. But if you are nice you might get lucky.
I love this tank though i wouldn't say its op like you need to be allowed to be in a spot to reck the opponents and not get recked yourself like there are more deadly tier 6 if you get pushed then there almost nothing you can do to win that engagement unless they miss thier shots

It's OP, until you get ammo racked because your ammo rack is right behind your lower plate. I did a 1v1 against a 1S in my KV-2 and ammo racked it instantly.
Why have you never reviewed the Thunder? It's basically a KV1S with a heavier canon, and a few downgrades to try to balance it out. The engine for example was downgraded. Honestly it's a really strange tank to play. It kind of feels like a heavy that doesn't like to be played like a heavy.

For some reason I just found it easier not to frontline it, but instead try to get around the enemy front line and troll them from the sides. I did it with a destroyer once and a couple mediums another time. It worked really well and I got a great score. For some reason though, I just have a lot of bad luck with this tank trying to hold the front line.

I can remember way back in the day. If you played in a tier 6 tournament. You had to have some KV 1s or you were going to lose.
I used to play it a lot in the beginning and at tournaments. My teams mates were all going for the ARL but I was a proud user of the KV-1S 🙂
You should play the SU-100 again. Mobility + alpha is absolutely fun
Nashorn is even funnier, crazy dpm but if spotted everyones going for you

vk 36 best tier 6 in my opinion (sure cyborg and kryos are good, but vk just doesn't have all the limitations they do)
