Love this video. Just a tip for disposing of expired food like the pasta you pitched - consider tossing just the food and recycling the container. Great organization!

Looks great !!! 😃👍🏻 As an environmental advocate i have to share something though, and if you take the time to read hopefully you’ll know I’m not trying to criticize because I’ve been following you for a long time (I’m sure you remember me) and I think you’re an amazing person !! I just wanna talk about the environmental impact of plastic, and even paper stuff that take forever to breakdown. Only a tiny percentage of stuff actually gets recycled, the rest all ends up in landfills which then goes into the oceans and forests etc and this is killing animals every day. Plastic (cutlery, water bottles etc) also turns into microplastic which is swallowed by sea creatures and that we even end up swallowing ourselves when eating seafood, how disgusting right ?? Plus there’s the impact of manufacturing (creating more pollution) and the impact on the forests (millions of trees cut to be used to make things) that is very bad and affects the ecosystem greatly. Straws kill sea creatures, I’ve seen lots of horrible photos lately, with rings from plastic bottles killing birds, straws stuck in turtle’s nose etc... Lots of my IG stories are about these important issues and I’m gonna share more posts to keep raising awareness. Good news : there are plenty of eco friendly alternatives ! 😄
Just think it’s really important to share this message because convenience at the expense of the planet is not convenient and you have a large audience that you could influence in an even more positive way regarding the environment !! 🌎💙 Anyways, love you Kristen !! 😊💖

Hi Kristen you so good at organizing and I just wanted to tell you that today Tuesday convicted my step mom to clean and get rid off a lot of things from her kitchen and it’s coming together probably by tomorrow Wednesday will be done and organized. You inspired me to do this and I’m happy cuz kw they will kw where there dishes are in the kitchen.

I love the idea of tension rod shelving.. will do the same in my future pantry ☺️☺️
I loved the tension rod shelving, I have a storage area underneath my stairs that I can hang clothes, however there is additional space that I put extra blankets and pillows

Tbh was waiting for your video this morning then I got know to the time differences so I got sad that I did not get motivation but then I thought rather than sitting I'll clean my room . Honestly took me whole day but I cleaned my room decluttered everything cleaned.my washroom my terrace watered the plants and cleaned and now I'm having a little mask time with you❤️❤️❤️

That's stunning..I had a "under the stairs" cupboard like that..there was stuff at the back that I wouldn't see for a year at a time ....chucked my shoes in there too so every season i'd have to wratch around in it to find pairs..sometimes never would find the other one!!!

I have to agree with other commenters that a Britta filter and refillable water bottles would make a lot more sense....economically as well as environmentally but it's your pocketbook and your concience.

I keep one case of bottled water at all times in case of emergency. We have a lot of storms in my area and it’s saved me before when the water and power gets shut off.

I’m a big fan of yours and I love your videos but I think the amount of one use things you have is unbelievable. Plastic water bottles, plastic cutlery, paper plates and bowls etc. I think you should cut down on your plastic and one use things. Just wanted to point that out. Apart from that, I love this video!

Yup the reason I didn’t like this video was that reason.
Kind of wondering about that myself. I don't know if you have recycling where you live but if so a lot of that can be recycled as well, but reuse or repurpose is always better.
They could be left over from a party. I’m still using leftover plates and silverware from a baby shower I hosted months ago.

A tip for people putting things in different jars instead of keeping it in their packaging... Make labels. Also make sure you write down when it goes out of date. Or some people cut out the out of date mark and attach it to the jars. But you need to know.

I love your inspirational videos! I've used a few of your ideas from your videos. I don't use glass containers in my pantry or restrooms, b/c earthquakes are unpredictable living in So. California.
Hi Kristen, love all ‘re video’s. I didn’t catch where you get those curtain rods. I saw you use some in another video, and could come in a small rod, and stretches out quite a long way. for a variety of supplies. Ty so much for all you’re awesome ideas. 🤗❤️

Oh you're not alone with messes. If you're feeling stressed let me let you in on my life. I moved house (my parent's stuff who passed on, mine & what my ex left due to lack of space in his new abode) and moved what I wanted till further notice to a cottage with a finished basement. Boxes everywhere. 4 years later since I came here and i habe yet to call this house...home. House is really nice but something feels off. So subconsciously didn't want to finish unpacking. I'm about to list this place and move farther east and now I am repacking. I managed to look at boxes still full after 4 years and sold, donated and chucked a lot of stuff. Sometimes it helps to give yourself time to see if you really need or want it. Stressed, huh, come over to my house. 😨 love your video BTW Thanks. Inspiration for my next house (home).
