This looks like a really nice resort; I'll be in Punta Cana next week. I was deciding between this resort and another excellence property I eventually settled on the other one but every time I see a nice video like yours, I begin to question whether I made the right decision, I know they provide transportation how did you guys set that up with the resort? and do they have a designated area at the airport for u to wait for transport, thanks

I was also stuck between both properties! I wanted to book an Excellence Club room and at the time they only had availability at the Finest. For transportation, we had contact with the resort’s guest services and they provided a company to us. When you exit the airport you’ll see someone holding a sign with your name or resort. Then you’ll be escorted to your designated car.

Independently! We were stopped by an agent that works for Everett Tour at the airport. His name is Walter Perez and you can text him via WhatsApp [phone]). We decided to book the Saona Island excursion last minute and he was very helpful and nice! It was $150 for both of us. Just make sure you say you’re celebrating an occasion and he’ll drop the price for you!
