Terrific video quality and very detailed. Thanks for sharing this.
    I have a couple questions.
    1. The pollinator area in the community, would you expect bees in the close vicinity?
    2. On the developers website, vermilion hill is described as a dark sky community. Would you happen to have more details about this than what is on their website?

Thank you for the kind words and very happy to see the community tour helped!
Great questions! While you will find the pollinator garden in the community, they've done a great job at placing it in an area that's separated from the overall community. Yes, you will certainly attract some bees in Vermilion Hill, but they shouldn't impact your enjoyment of the outdoors on trails or even your own backyard. Not to mention, it is important to have these bees as they do help with pollination of plants!
As far as the Dark Sky community designation is concerned, a lot of the details on this revolves around reduction of light pollution, but keep in mind these are recommendations and not requirements. So for example, they're asking individuals to use more amber based lighting instead of white lighting (i.e. above 5000k). Qualico will be utilizing the same for their downward lighting for street lamps.
Let me know if you have any additional questions. Thanks!
