Opening the pump these can rev quite hard. We had one in a 20ft 2 berth cuddy/ day boat. Opened the pump up and it would max out all day long. Not sure of the spec as we bought the engine used but it came with 5 hole injectors, lightened flywheel and ported head. Ultra reliable and for once in our boat, no oil leaks..but it did smoke a little.
