Thank you for this excellent video. I've just bought a bunch of these tags from Hobby Lobby and I can see so many great uses for them. I appreciate your extra times in Photoshop too. I have sublimated with laminate and Oracle 651 laminate for decals so I'm a bit familiar with the process. It's always good to learn from others. - Well Done!
Thanks, glad you found the video informative.
Love the glitter tags, Super cute, and the pictures, what a great memento. Your explanation is perfect 👌
Thanks so much! 😊
Never mind it was the edges 😂
These are beautiful. Your video is very informative. I did however, wonder how you were able to get the white to show on the red truck tag that you sublimated over the laminate? Thank you.
The truck image is sublimated onto white glitter HTV vinyl.
Wonderful thorough video. I wanted to ask will the laminate film itself come off the metal (or say if you did this on wood which I've seen in other videos) will it eventually scuff off a little on the edges of the material? Like say for example when one has a plastic phone case the coloring will wear off on the edges after a few years of use (that's plastic but I'm giving a scuffing off look example). thanks!
How did you do the glitter?
On the two sided tags, did you press each graphic separately? Or sandwich tag between the printed designs, and press once?
I pressed each side separately.
Can you use the thermal mate so its not shiny. Also wonder if you run it though twice in laminater to make it seal to metal more
Hi Maria I'm not familiar with thermal mate, so I can't answer that. You can purchase the laminate in matt finish and that would work. As far as using the lamination machine, all I can say is try it and see if it works.
Is that adhesive spray?
Yes, temporary adhesive. This is one I had on hand and it works great. You can purchase other brands from different sublimation vendors.
Where’s does the access sheet come from?
I'm not sure what you mean, can you be more specific?
