Fly Fishing the Owen's River Gorge: Part 2

This is the second half of my trip to the Owen's River Gorge. I got deeper into the canyon and found some bigger fish, including some that were hopper hungry. These are all wild brown trout that live in this canyon, and the dry dropper system on my Hardy 4 wt seems to be pretty great here in Spring and Fall. I don't go in the Summer because the canyon can heat up like an oven and really bake. Also, keep an eye out for rattlesnakes and stinging nettle (both of which seem to disappear in the winter).
You can google access to the Gorge but pretty much there's a road to the power station that will take you right to it. This is a special place for fly fishing, so always pack out what you pack in and tight lines!

I used to have the keys to the gates of the gorge. Was nice driving in. Havent been there in 15 years. Thanks for the video.
