- Cameroon celebrated Friday the 50th memorial of its Unity Day. In a rare public appearance, 89-year-old President Paul Biya chaired the civil and military parade. Half a century ago, British Southern Cameroons and French Cameroons reunified to form the United Republic of Cameroon.

don't misinform people! It is not 50 years of unity. There are two Cameroons, why only LRC celebrate the day. THERE WAS NO UNION, THIS IS BECAUSE THERE IS NO UNION TREATY. A UNION BETWEEN A MAN AND HIS WIFE IS SEALED BY A MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE.
There is a union treaty and Cameroon is and will remain one🇨🇲
