For Boiling Chhole
- 1 Kg Kabuli Chane/Chhole
- 3 Tsp Anardana
- 10 Tsp Tea Leaves/Chai Patti (Boil with water & strain; use the water for boiling)
- 1 & 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
- Salt to Taste
For Masala Paste
- 250-300 ml Oil
- 450 gm Sized Onion
- 1 Kg Tomatoes
- 6 Tbsp Byadgi/Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 4 Tbsp Spicy Red Chilli Powder
- 1 & 1/4 Tsp Haldi
- 10 Tsp Readymade Chhole Masala
- 1 Cup Fresh Coriander
- 2-3 Green Chillies
- 1 & 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
- 3 Tej Patta/Bay Leaf
- 1/2 Cup Ginger Garlic Paste
- Salt to Taste

- 1.8 Kg All Purpose Flour/Maida
- 12 Tsp Yeast
- 225 ml Oil
- 15 Tsp Sugar
- Water as required
- Salt to Taste
🟢Chocolate Cake
For 8" Sponge & 7 Cupcakes
- 4 Cups All Purpose Flour/Maida
- 3 Cups Milk
- 3 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Cup Milk Powder/Dairy Whitener
- 1 Cup Oil or Melted Butter
- 4 Tsp Vanilla Essence
- 4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 3 Tbsp White Vinegar
For Ganache
- 400 gm Dark Chocolate (45%)
- 200 gm Fresh Cream
