That is incorrect my friend! Superior Mode can only DigiXros with Digimon Cards, and Digi-Tamas are not Digimon Cards, they are a separate card type altogether :)

Ruling question: when using shout star as material, will the materials rly go to trash before the rest of the xros materials are chosen? Thinking that all xros sources are added simultaniously and before it hits field, or am I wrong?

Per the Q&A:
Q: When a [Shoutmon] card is placed in this card's digivolution cards by its effect, the digivolution cards of [Shoutmon] are in the trash. Is it possible to place the digivolution cards of [Shoutmon] as digivolution cards under this card with [DigiXros]?
A: Yes, you can.
To further answer the question, I don't think there is a card in the game that would put cards in such a limbo where they couldn't be used for effects from trash. I made sure to read the rules multiple times to not screw up this video! :)
