So far in the video, I have come across the information that I can be more expensive and it’s a bit more fragile. So white? Don’t beat your cookware up. If you’re going to use high heat, use something else like cast-iron. Don’t use metal utensils. OK that wasn’t so hard.
Thanks for sharing your opinion!
Wouldn’t ceramic pots and pans be different than ceramic coating?

I have used green pans for years not all green pans a treated equal you need to read the temps that the pan can handle for high heat i have a green pan rated up to 600 degrees. not all green pan is induction capable but some are. honestly you are going to want to spend bit on the expensive side for cookware.
Great advice! Checking temperature ratings and investing in quality cookware is key for a good cooking experience. 👩🍳🍳

@@kitchengadgetzone how can 100% ceramic cookware be unhealthy. Coated ceramic over other materials sure. But you need to separate or distinguish coated from 100% ceramic.
My ceramic pots and pans have lasted for close to ten years… so…
That's impressive longevity! Ceramic cookware, when well-maintained, can be durable and reliable. Here's to many more years of happy cooking! 🍳👍
