How do you check if a fuse is good?
Test the fuse.
If you don't hear any noise coming from the meter, then the fuse is blown and should be replaced. If you're using a digital multimeter set to measure resistance, touch the probes together to get an initial reading. Then put the probes on either side of the fuse and check if the reading is similar.

Hi it’s inside the car and I’ve checked on autodata Ford Tourneo 2017-2021. Only coming up with information on rear washer pump F9 15amp fuse. Will upload a picture on community page. Hope this helps. Thanks 🙏🏽
@@TajMotorMedics it’s all sorted now Taj, basically there isn’t a specific windshield one. It’s runs off the rear water pump as the pump has a rear and front water outlet.
