zajef talked about dash cancels not being worth it but from the speedruns i've seen and from my experience, it's better. also it's super satisfying
so much to look forward to in genshin's 4.0 fontaine release, the music, the region, hopefully a new harbinger ahh so excited

updates + corrections to this video (for those of you watching for the 4.6 rerun, hi!)
at 1:25 I say that charge attack spam is the go to playstyle for C0R0 wanderer
this isn't entirely true as you have to hit all 14 charge attacks for it to beat his other combo (2 normal attacks, charge attack, repeat 6 times)
as you get more attack speed from Desert Pavillion Chronicle (DPC) set, Wanderer signature, Yun Jin/Mika, etc, charge attack spam becomes worse than other normal attack combos like N3 + N2 Dash cancel, N2C, etc.
at 6:30 sorry for the audio problems (there should be subtitles that fix this)
at 7:42 i talk about Shimenawa's and ignore DPC, which can be wrong. Wanderer's burst does about the same amount of damage as 2-3 charge attacks, so if you use it before pressing E (please don't do this if you have C2 and above) you can get a bit of frontloaded damage before doing your normal combos
the burst damage is not negligible assuming you're getting enough particles to burst every rotation. if you don't have enough energy, it is NOT worth building ER to do so. Just burst every other rotation.

Since you worried about losing pyro infusion with increased distance..:
If youre standing inside benett burst and have the pyro application on Wanderer you can pyro infuse your E off yourself/benett ult.
Not entirely sure why that works - might be a gouba situation or swirld on self - but either way this way you dont actually have to touch enemies to get pyro bonus for your E.

yes, because bennett's burst constantly applies pyro to wanderer, he can self-swirl for the infusion. this also goes for the other 3 swirlable elements, with the priority order of pyro > hydro > electro > cryo (PHEC). kazuha is another example of this.

originally the voiceover was louder but i couldnt stand how hissy my s's were, and the difference in mic quality throughout recordings was really bothering me
sorry that i can't change the voiceover without reuploading, but i added subtitles (assuming they work, i've had problems with them in the past)

Btw, another neat trick for a shieldless Wanderer team is utilizing the "forward tech" where you raise above your enemies melee range at no additional Kuugoryoku Points. For a demo reference, see "The Forbidden Wanderer Tech" by saturne.
