Jubin is a great singer no doubt. But these remakes are not giving him enough to show his originality unlike Arijit. That's why I prefer arijit. And to add with that these remakes are not from any unknown artists but of Legends like Ustad Nusrat sahab and Ataullah sahab❤️. You cant compare them with anyone. Sorry but not sorry.

Jubin is famous for his covers mostly. Of coz he's in the list always. And actually, first they release their songs n then it comes in movies. They don't remake their own music
Also that song was in a regional language and he translated it He had to remake it off course.

That's why while I like jubin Nautiyal i can never become his fan in my life, he does remakes only, it's not that hard to create a hit from already hit song. While when it comes to the originals the singer has to express the emotions of the lyrics into the song. Like when Arijit Singh sang the ultimate song of the century called Channa mereya it was actually him who extracted that heartbreak emotion from lyrics into the song. And that's why jubin is less respected in front of original singers. He deserves better.
Jubin's career is nothing without all the remakes, there r very few original songs of Jubin, NO HATE just the fact, he is a nice singer if he sings new, fresh and original songs, I really like some of his originals like ''TUM HI AANA'' and more

I love jubin and his voice but I want him to try something other than remaking songs as well.

These remakes are already past hits. So the chances of it's remake going unnoticed is very low. That's why Jubin's song is so popular in every playlist. Man is literally killing his own originality. Another reason why Arijit Singh stands tall among the rest others.
Yeah! 2 or 3 remakes are still fine but making all remakes with same monotonous rhythm associated with all t series and no experiment isn't a good enough choice as a singer.

Look Justin I can understand where the respect u give to Jubin comes from ,but you should know that we as admirer of music are losing an amazing voice in the viscious cycle of desparate music labels to make a hit song
His songs are almost all remake and he doesn't even bring his originallity.
And some parts are autoTuned too.
If this continues we might soon lose him in wilderness
Jubin is trending because last year many movie r not released due to covid that's why Arijit , Arman , Shreya r not trending in this list because music will not released untill movie not released in theaters. And T series just taking advantage of jubin voice he voice is very pure . Although very predicable singing with remakes .if audience onces used to of his voice they will never look back to him . He should understand that he placed his name comes in top 5 singers only in teams of popular voices ( there r many singers who r better then him in terms of perfection) Now he has to stop singing remakes and focus on which is original and new . Because their r many singer who has god gifted voice like Sonu Nigam , shaan , KK but audience didn't wants to listening same voice over nd over again .
Sachet Tandon is a fantastic singer. You need to listen to more of his songs. B Praak's voice is truly unique and special.
Justin, you need to know the name AR Rahman. He has won two Academy Awards, two Grammy Awards, a BAFTA Award, a Golden Globe Award among others. His music for Slumdog Millionaire earned him Best Original Score and Best Original Song at the Academy Awards.

Music directors & new singers are just spoiling the original compositions these days... there is no creativity due to the same reason... Tribute & Remake are two different things. Tribute means giving justice to the original singer's voice & Remake means just spoiling the original composition (90% of the times) haha

Usually when you see same singers remaking their songs ,( most of the time, like 99 present of the time) it is because that song is going to be used in a movie, so they change a little bit of wordins [ for example if some of the phrases were in Punjabi ( a regional language) they would change the phrases and make it in hindi and then add the song to a movie ]or if its a solo male/female song they will make it a duo song aith a little bit of added lyrics and add it to a movie. just wanted to share the info! ☺
J is singing these songs these days as arijit Singh refused to remake he believes these songs are best as original! We should not touch them as they lost the originality and the uniqueness as arijit believes in original tracks!

Nah, they ruin the feeling of the song.
If you listen the original you will feel the same. For example, the renditions of Hai Apna dil toh awara and Ehsan tera hoga, Sanam just killed the songs. The first one became an dance song and the second one became a sad breakup song hence, completely killing the real meaning and emotion of the songs.
No doubt jubin is a good singer but he is ruining old classics, I never liked his any versions of remakes 😢😢😢

Justin please check out the song Tera Hi Bas Hona Chahoon from the Bollywood film Haunted. It's sung by Pakistani singer Najam Sheraz and composed by Chirantan Bhatt who's a very underrated composer but all of his compositions are simply outstanding and this one is no exception. I know Justin you are a vocal coach, but don't see these songs as just some songs which people can remake! These songs are very dear to us and when someone be it JUBIN Or even THE Shreya Ghoshal does a remake of these songs, if they don't sing up to the mark or change the emotion associated with it or the video becomes an over dramatic one or a dance number we feel really hurt. You may say Jubin is a legend but to the true singers like THE SONU NIGAM, he is a singer material. This is also a reason why he was rejected by Sonu Nigam on the the reality show.
When someone makes a remake of Old Classics it hurts the feelings and disrespect the singers. These songs are already popular so remaking them is like adding extra icing on a cake even after 5 layers of icing.
Remaking the classical songs of India or Pakistan Or any other country is equivalent of saying ELVIS PRESLEY was the goddamn worst singer of the century or Steve Jobs was THE person who should have died early than he did!

I've watched the first 13 and Jubins dominating 10 of them. My jaw dropped at 7 (i think) when the female vers was remade by him and it still sounded so good.
Now, I'm gonna admit that i was ignorant and only knew of him after Lut gaye. And I didn't know which songs he sung other than that but damn that sounds good. I guess I have to go binge some songs

You asked for recommendation of Sachet Tandon. And I've been recommending one song for ages and had most liked on the suggestion too and its "Bekhayali" song. The song has two versions, one with him and the other with arijit singh you know what, his version has ig around 10 times the views of Arijit's version. That's how good it is. Just do it and see

Few of the original folks are really osm. Rahat fateh ali khan, biba Surinder kaur. No one can beat the original. Remix is all about hype music n fancy instruments but old is gold. Songs like chitta Kukad banere te, haye we merea dahdea rabba, baajre da sitta, aakhia udeekdiya are the songs I have been grown-up listening from my childhood till now.
