    yes:)... 2 HI solver with deactivation of rotational joints works well... if u have problemthat how to do , u can check the link and download the fıle from rapidshare.. there are a bit differences with HI vs HD...

    @TarikCGI yeah i agree with you it looks a little difficult.it may possible that i could share max file... i ll make any small project like this... but no model due to copyrigt.

    thank u too:) i used only HI solvers,its easy and basic... ) and im using 3d SpaceExplorer.. its very useful and allows result. it's about 300$

    I will order one then. Problem I had with HI is that I tried to rig with just one HI-solver instead of using 2 on top of each other. Deactivation of rotational joints doesn't work this way with only one HI-solver. Single HD-solvers do, but no good for doing animation.

    Congratulations Selahattin. Very nice Tutorial despite the lack of sound.
    I've liked the position constraint trick for the point to define the target for the IK Solver Plane at every moment. Shame that it stops working in case the dummies and the point get aligned, causing the whole system to mirror. Do you know by chance another way to rig this kind of robot legs without this flaw?

      Thank you much sir. 😊 I agree with you when you make mirror dummies ik system, it makes some errors. Update your 3d max. It has some solution about that. Or its good and quick way to use some script to make mirror İk system. Also max has some option under the animation panel about that. Have nice days and works :)

      Hi Selahattin. Thank you for your answer. I'm working with version 2014 but didn't find any option to avoid the mirroring of the system. What option do you mean exactly under the animation Panel? I've started a thread on the subject at CGTalks looking for some advice. I've sent you the link to your Facebook profile.     Hey I did a mock up of one of the legs of your robot design just so I can practice the rigging on this video. Everything worked just fine, the only problem I have is that when the legs move the peaces that compose the legs gets distorted a lot. I located the bones connection in every pivot point of the legs; I basically did what you did in the video. Can you help me?

    I think that you can not install Point 01. Simply assign Upnode as Dummy, which is at the top.

    Hi all.Can somebody help me?I have 4 smal piston around one big piston.Small pistons push bigone.Bigone is in midle and smalone pistons are around him-everithing works fine exept.......When i move whole mehanism on any axis in scene big piston start to rotate on own axis.How to stop that.I just want to move whole mehanism(1 big piston and 4 small) on sme other space in scene but main(big) piston start spining.Maby i upload video to show what's a problem.

    i did the same process but when i animate it starts to snap like crazy
    is this a bug?

      haikel Zaghdoudi hi! I don't think that's a bug. It sounds like a position error. Check out ik solver system. It must not align to world. Alging to object which is useful for you

    Hi all.Can someone help me?I have 4 smal pistons around the bigone.They push him in all directions and all that work fine but....I cant make copy of all that properly.I want to have same mehanism in the scene but when i copy all content it's messy and "distorted" :S
    Also mehanism(4 pistons+1 big piston) i cant move in scene(left right,up,down) becaose it starting spin(main-big piston) against own axis then becaose that also small pistons follow rotation of big piston.How to remove that rotation?
