  • Hey guys...come along with me as I hike Lost Valley, located outside of Ponca, Arkansas. This short 2.2 mile round-trip trail is so fun to explore with the entire family! It's very popular so come early or better off on a week day! This incredible trail offers the beautiful Clark Creek, caves, waterfalls, bluffs, and so much more! This is my 2nd trip here...the highlight for me is the waterfall in the back of Eden Falls Cave, I definitely recommend going to see it! Make sure you take a headlamp or flashlight! Thanks for watching! Happy Trails😊

Charliegirl, I had no idea hiking was so good in the Ozarks! I have hiked and caved extensively in the eastern U.S. and hiked some in the west. But I guess I just skipped over some of the best hiking in the middle of the country!

If you stay to the right after you enter the cave it takes u through a narrow but very cool passage way with really cool rock formations carved by the water. The passage is not very long and Then it drops u back down into the water and crawling exactly where u went. Try it next time it’s totally worth it and in my opinion easier.

I heard about that other path, but I didn't know much about it. I definitely will try it next time! Thanks for the suggestion! Thanks for watching😊

The path to the right is now blocked somewhat by a boulder that fell. You can crawl beneath it but it's tight

The flow looks really good for Eden Falls! Was there no one one the trail? It looked so empty.

Nice video! How hard is the jump to get into the cave?! Last time I went I didn't bring extra dry clothes. I did make it to Armadillo Falls, but it was just a trickle.

Hey thanks! So it's not a very big jump but for some reason it nerves me lol! There was man who gave me a hand crossing over, on the way back out, I had to pretty much crawl over it lol! I'm just short so that jump gets me sometimes, but it's really not bad! I found Armadillo Falls on this trip but it was dry! Thank You so much for watching😊

Oh honestly I didn't get super wet, just my knees. I didn't have to change clothes but I did have more hiking to do that day so it didn't matter! Knee pads would have been helpful for me but no necessary. I think there is another path to get back in the cave but I hear it's narrow and following the water in and out made more sense for me, especially to find my way out.
