Great video! Very informative 😊 i bought it from a sale three weeks back and so far I love this product. This is my first air fryer so it is trial and error at the moment. Very handy to cook two things at once !!

I'm in-between this and the Combi XXXL. I find the Combi very interesting in features, but the dual basket for the 3000 Series sounds super nice.

      @@bahualarakati So far none. 😅
Though I ditched the 3000 series from my selection for the Cosori Dual Blaze TwinFry, since it has a more versatile basket and has heating elements on the bottom as well.
So it's the Cosori with its huge size and bottom heating versus the Philips Combi with the thermometer and actually functional auto cooking.

Thanks for watching and if you are a Costco member, I do recommend that brand of burgers - one of the best frozen one we have tried

I have had my air fryer (same as yours) for about 2 weeks. Question why didn't you use the frozen fries preset, I've used it a couple of times but had to reduce the cooking time by about 10 minutes. I have noticed that the preset times vary depending on what basket you are using so I am only using them as a guide. I'm am very happy with this Philips model air fryer. My original air fryer was a cheapee from Woolworths which mainly used for frozen chips. Am looking forward to you upcomming videos.

I thought the pre-set was too long. I will do a video next using the preset and then work out what the best times. What have you tried so far and would recommend. Thanks for watching.

I’m curious to see you use the grill tray in the big side. On tvsn they suggest taking out the basket and using the grill tray.

@@LazyAwesomeDad the grill accessory kit for the xxl air fryer, apparently it will fit in the large drawer of the dual air fryer if the basket is taken out. I was curious to know if that is true and worth buying.

Do you need a 16A socket for this air fryer, or will a standard 10A socket work? I saw on a website that a 16A socket might be required.

    • @LazyAwesomeDad

I have not done any modification to the current socket but unsure what the builder has installed for the kitchen

I don’t suppose you could measure that height and width for us? I know what you mentioned matched the listed specs but… I dunno… I’m struggling to see how it’s almost half a metre high and less wide, so I suspect Philips may have switched the numbers by mistake. 🤔🤷🏻‍♂️

Lazy Awesome Dad have done an excellent job of demonstrating the airfryer but have just quoted the measurements from Philips which are H44cm x W38cm x D32cm. I have just watched another CZcams review on a German channel where the guy actually measured the airfryer. The measurements all happen to be the same BUT not referencing the same physical dimensions. The measurements the German channel took were as follows. Height 32 Cm x Width 44 Cm x Depth 38cm. The depth included the cable tidy at the back of the fryer to the front of the handles. The fact the sizes are exactly the same is very reassuring although Philips have assigned them to the wrong dimensions . This has made me more interested in this fryer now as a height of 44 Cm was just too tall to happily sit under my wall units and allow ventilation. I hope this helps you too !

@@davidwebley6186 Awesome. Thanks for that. I did go into a store and “measured” it using an unused napkin, so I was pretty confident Philips had messed up. But it’s nice to get further clarification. What’s funny is that someone from Philips also tried clarifying the dimensions on Instagram but literally just looked up their own specs and assumed the picture was misleading. 🤦🏻‍♂️
