Your intentions matter if you're insecurity or not. I had a chronic back pain years ago and the doctor advised me to take a sedative drug for two month before seeking a therapist but deep down I really love how the drug made me feel confident, secure and high apart from solving my predicament. So therefore,my intentions of me taking the medication deep down was how the drug made me feel confident in myself.

I am no beauty Queen, but I have a pleasant looking face and smile. People call me beautiful because of my personality and excellent taste in what enhances me. I feel confident in whatever I wear so that sends good vibes and admiration. I feel good about myself and is grateful with what the Almighty gave me. I work hard to enhance what I was given and is always grateful that I am not deformed or have any disfigurements. Some people with disfigurements have more confident than so called normal people.
Body enhancement should only be done if you are having medical issues. Beauty Magazines influence us to dislike ourselves. The beauty industry are very rich and successful. We have to change our mindset, to accept ourselves the way God made you. We have to be satisfied with the way we are. I personally know of two people that had breast reduction and the breast returned to the previous shape. They have scar tissue and the surgeons want to perform more surgery to correct the problem. When people have cosmetic surgery they are never satisfied. They keep desiring more and more surgery. One of my family members wears the padded undergarment to enhance her butt.
I know someone who wears bum and hip pads even after getting a bbl surgery. They never stay content and men don't like them naked 😂

Exercising to get a certain body shape is totally different from using surgery to achieve the same shape because in addition to having good body shape, it's make your body healthy and it's also has it advantages at old age. Therefore both are not comparable.
The long and short of it is that once anything becomes very popular, it tends to become acceptable, even to earlier skeptics. Very soon, LGBTQ will be discussed like this and most people will find it acceptable.
Like Tope said, some are not really aware/ informed about what its takes after the procedures. Please note Ozempic is basically for type 2 diabetic patient. Do thorough research and consultation before using it for weight loss

Exercise is a REQUIREMENT regardless of gender and age. It is not an Insecurity! However, going under the knife to look a certain way is AESTHETICS! They are not the same, the lady without makeup should calm down!!!
