You can tell Dame is a tough guy to deal with he can’t even admit a loss so you know he can’t acknowledge a fault or take accountability. When he was up doing the dice dance it was all smiles he’d drop jewels it be confident. A few years after Rocafella that confidence started to sound like arrogance the smiles and laughs were replaced bitter contempt. He didn’t get a fair shake some of it was probably his fault and some of his karma shouldn’t have come from the direction it did

To me jay and dame just had a seasonal relationship. They ultimately had different goals, visions, desires and ambitions. Perhaps they started off with similarities but as time went on they matured in their own way according to their personalities and the communication wasn’t there for them to grow apart amicably that could be due to pride and ego on both sides. The balance between personal and business is an art that only through experience and wisdom can be mastered.

Dame was in the video crying about not getting invited to a meeting. The reason he was mad was because Jay already told him he wanted out.
