Multitasking test should be done before starting games for real results, we can't expect background apps to be live in these entry level phones after starting heavy games.
The finger print test should be done by the thumb finger on both phones, increase in surface area can result different outcome.

You should change unit from left to right while testing finger print and face unlock, you are always touching inaccurate the 10s with your left hand

go for redmi note 10 if ur budget is 12k but if ur budget is 15k then go for other brand..dont buy 10s..rn 10 is more worthy for its its price..i have bought it too

@@FarhanAli-vr2de if you do gaming on that phone..then don't use back cover, otherwise it will be heating up quickly..10s needs good airflow while you gaming with it. Although G95 is a powerful CPU but not perform constantly like Snapdragon. It has heating issue. I'm using it for 2 weeks, and I'm satisfied with multitasking, but not with gaming. In every heavy games like pubg or cod, i couldn't run them too long for it's heat! After 15-20 minutes of gaming, i had to stop playing, cuz it's heated up quickly. So my recommendation is don't buy this phone, go for note 10 6/128 or slightly increase your budget to get note 10 pro. That will be better choice.

Unfortunately 6gb note 10 ia not launched in PK, only 4gb available which i don't recommend.
Helio and Mali-G76 are always better , no lagging and no overheating !!!!! I have Redmi Note 10 4/64 GB , playing 8 Ball Pool and it's laggy sometimes !!!!

Did you try changing your display color settings? Same problem happened to me but it got fixed once I changed to warm and then back to default again. I hope this works for you😁
