Don't blamed Ogum Ask yourself when was the team handed over to Ogum, Blamed your Chief for late appointment of the IMC and the Coach. Your chief always delays in appointing people to work for Kotoko and even to appoint CEO and Board chairman has been delayed and you people are talking about the Coach. There was no enough time for the to look for the players. Coach Ogum also shouldn't have sacked some players the likes of Rashid Nortey and other's. Player's if you are not careful , they will disgrace you as a coach. Ogum should sit with the player's and talk to them and if he has wrong some of them he should plead with them for forgiveness and again look for 4 good defender's,3 midfielders and 4 striker's to beef up the team and also loan the player's who are not performing to other club's.

You appoint A he comes with his own ideas, mess up and go then appoint B repeat the same, then again C for the mistake. If he really loves Kotoko and want to see the team succeed, he must be ready to set up a team, inquire about how successful teams like Ahly, Sundown, WAC and Co got to where they are. Give the team a proper direction and philosophy both on field and off field, with a well structured management. Be ready to invest expect a long term success.
