Another great thing that Scratch removed that I don't see anyone talking about, is that they removed all 128 MIDI instruments, and put in just 21 and another 16 that you can't change the note, which is pretty sad seeing as you could do so many more creative and varied music with MIDI instruments. But if you use the instruments that current Scratch has properly, you can make really good music.
One time I managed to use a bug to get a sprite to a position of Infinity once, and that was enough for scratch 1.4 to be permanently bugged out and now shows a error message with a black screen around it whenever I boot it up. But I can still just close the error and use 1.4 normally.

same but in the UK (they have Scratch 1.4 installed on computers in IT rooms, but they have a broken 1.4 installation and a blocked 3.0 installation on the library computers)
scratch 4.0 new blocks:
move back () steps : moves left serval pixels : category=(motion)
set label to [] : sets the label in any text : category=(looks)
for [i v] = 1 to () {
} : repeats with the var 1 to any number then do some statements : category=(control)
(get [i v]) :: updated : show the vars value : category=(variables)
and it is a scratch 4.0 new blocks
Scratch addons should add an addon that adds every deleted sprite, sound and feature to the regular scratch.

@@franklyyyy no they won't, trust me. Scratch 3.0 only came out because the flash was going down, so that is why some pages are 2.0.
@@franklyyyy Sorry if I sound like a huge nerd here, but scratch 3.0 was created due to the downfall of Adobe flash. and when the downfall of Java (Or whatever scratch 3.0 currently relies on) starts to begin, scratch 4.0 will come out with another thing it relies on.

shift click the loop in the R in the Scratch logo. That existed in that version but I think it got reMOVEd in later versions. then turn fill screen off and now scratch is a window in a window. now you can middle click stuff to change stuff, even the scratch window-in-window. but wait! a menu is there no matter what! just click on the white area that appeared and then there are a bunch of stuff like morphs is what they call it like Tetris! Yeah! You can play Tetris in Scratch! left, right arrow keys -- move left, right respectively .. up, down arrow keys -- rotate right, left respectively ..
I was imagining sprites having scripts a while ago, it would be really fitting for the tutorials. Why did scratch remove it? 😟

The "Forever If" block can still be used using the "Forever" and "If" Statement/ "If then" block

I remembered using the forever if block and I like how when I press and hold the keys on the keyboard,it repeats and when I stop holding the keys,it's stops,so I like to 13 year old blocks (:

We can replicate the Forever if block, we just have to use custom blocks.
actually custom blocks dont let you make blocks that u put other action blocks in, only statement blocks and input blocks

loud? is not a hacked block from 1.4-2.0 and then became hacked in 3.0 .. Scratch 1.4 -- above 30 trigger .. Scratch 2.0-3.0 -- above 10 trigger

put a divide operator in scratch 1.4 and divide anything by 0 and instead of saying "Infinity" (or "NaN" if first input is 0) it says "Error!" (in red)

Hey uh, "forever if" is actually replaced with "repeat until"
Well no, forever if and repeat until existed at the same time, but forever if was just an if statement in a forever loop, but it caused confusion, so it got removed.
