Do you need a certification or anything? If I was just to buy a km1000 on Amazon and a universal key, would I be able to do all of this at my house? No credentials?

You can either get the ACD2011 , or the 12+8 cable. The ACD2011 plugs into the green connector behind the headlight switch or the 12+8 plugs into the security module behind the dash panels on the driver side.
Can this tool also program a 2019 Dodge Charger v6 ? Or what tool do I need for that

Do you know if the 2022 use the same bypass cable you using on the video?
Our 2005 Durango lost association with both factory keys after an extended car battery disconnect, and will not start. Is the KM100 able to reprogram the factory keys to the vehicle using this "All keys Lost" feature? Is there anything else needed besides the KM100?
Yes KM100 can reprogram the keys using All keys lost. Nothing else is needed
Fobs don't lose programming. You probably figured this out since this is an old post. I get calls weekly to "reprogram" a fob a customer has wrongly diagnosed. Fobs can break and stop working but it's not a programming issue. It's usually something on the car side.

What was the purpose of programming the other key put in that work with the regular one?
For demonstration. The first key did not have an LED light on it. I programmed another one with an LED light to show that the LED light flashes during the procedure of key learning

What’s the purpose of the BCI?
It's a VCI and it connects the OBD port from the car to the KM 100. In this case the 2011 cable is connected to the OBD port and the VCI is connected to the cable. The VCI allows the car to talk to the programmer. This one happens to be wireless but other programmers have a cable connected to the programmer and OBD port.
