My store is seasonal. We have BUSY times and slow times. In the slow summer months, he does less since there is less to do. Don't worry, he does plenty 😆
As much as we see POV videos that say "busy" on other channels almost none of them are in the scheme of things, we're seeing 15 minutes out of an 8+ hour day and when it is busy actually doing the job tends to take priority over turning a camera on, and when it's not busy they probably do the bits to make the video which makes it look like their coworker's not doing a lot
