    Bought the Mountune 215 version of this, same Cobb setup with Mountune's map. Best mod on the cheap.

      How much did you pay ? And where did you buy it
      Im assuming it came loaded with maps form them right ?

    My car came with a Cobb rear engine mount, Cobb cold and hot inter cooler piping, a Cobb catback exhaust, full cobb enclosed intake kit with a ram air kit as well. I’ve installed a new mishimoto intercooler and catch can. Hopefully I can make 175-185 wheel after the access port with all the mods combined 🗿
    Edit: I also have only ever ran 93 octane and use royal purple oil and Amsoil dctf trans fluid :)

      That set up is good for 250whp but it’s really pushing the stock turbo but you can definitely get 200whp on a stage 2 with your setup.

      @@KrausesCars will it just make 200 after plugging in the access port and loading the “stage 2 93 tune” or do I have to get the map tweaked at a dyno ?

      @@austingutierrez2709 no the OTS stage 2 tune will make around 230 crank horsepower so about 200-205 WHP. Stage one is rated at around 170-175 WHP so either one will be a huge improvement and it will also make way more torque

      That’s awesome, didn’t know they made one for the Maverick. But that’s so cool, you’ll have a blast!

    I've had the stage 1 93 oct tune for over a year with no issues. I could hear the agressive sound compared to stock the very first time I started it up. I wish the Cobb software would let you adjust the gauges when it's hooked up to your computer, I having to get into a cold car just for that.

      The stage one is a blast. Lots of fun and did more to the car than I thought it would. The gauges are nice touch, especially coolant temp in the summer time

    Have a question do you guys leave the accessport in the car? Or do you need to take it off every time you get out of your car?

    • @NoahGaebel
      @NoahGaebel  Před 4 měsíci +2

      You can leave it in, I take it out depending on where the car is gonna be parked. If I’m just going to work and back I’ll leave it but if i’m going downtown or somewhere where I feel it could get stolen I’ll leave it at home. The tune stays flashed with or without it plugged in.

    How long did the initial flash take? I wanna do it tomorrow morning but i dont have a battery charger

    • @JayTsTech
      @JayTsTech Před 5 měsíci +1

      Incase anyone was wondering it takes like 10 minutes the first time. I ended up grabbing a 15 amp charger from advanced for $90 to play it safe

      I've flashed and re-flashed tunes many times and never needed a charger. A healthy battery can handle it, no problem.

    Could I still use this if my car is stock?

    • @NoahGaebel
      @NoahGaebel  Před 9 měsíci +1

      Yes! That’s would be stage 0 and it would just be gauges. Stage one is only a drop in filter and rear motor mount which can sometimes be bought in a kit from brands like Cobb or Mountune

  • @MattyH1992
    @MattyH1992 Před rokem +2

    I came here cause I freaked out when it started saving the factory data and the gauges went dead and four ways flashed.
    Good to know it's normal, lmao.
