Recipe and ingredients:

1 cup oatmeal (100g/3.5oz).
1 cup nuts (100g/3.5oz).
2 apples.
30 ml/1 fl oz water.
Make applesauce.
40g/1.4oz butter or coconut oil.
1 tbsp erythrinol or other sweetener.
1/4 tsp cinnamon.
25-30 minutes in the oven at 180°C/356°F.

1⅓ cups walnuts.
2 bananas.
Make a depression in the center.
1 cup blueberries.
35-40 minutes in the oven at 180°C/356°F.

3 cups oatmeal (300g/10.5oz).
1 tbsp baking powder.
1 tsp cinnamon.
3 apples.
Add 70 ml water.
and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
Make applesauce.
Lemon juice prevents apples from oxidizing.
and they don't get dark.
2 eggs.
1 cup almonds (150g/5.3oz).
1/2 cup dates (100g/3.5oz).
1 tbsp date syrup.
or another sweetener of your choice.
I have a ø20 cm/8 in baking dish.
Cover the bottom with parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil.
Dried cranberries.
40 minutes in the oven at 180°C/356°F.
