Hello i have some tips for u :)
Put a white onesie under the clothes so if something spills on your doll it won't get on the cloth body or full body doll and make sure if you have a magnet dummy to make sure it has cloth on the magnet so the magnet doesn't rub off the dolls lip paint and make sure to wash your dolls with a wet rag nothing esle cause that could rub off the paint. And make sure to always keep away from your animals incase they try to ruin it and always have fun with your dolls :)
I have a reborn and I’m getting a new one pretty soon so since yours is vinyl not full silicone if you ever get a full silicone body doll then you definitely have to support the head vinyl you can use that to support the head treated like a real baby and have fun if you ever get a full silicone one I recommend to keep it safe and just have fun support the head always

Wash your clothes first dark clothes are bad make sure don’t rub the paint off. Seal your bottles if your doing any roplay. Check out once upon a child for clothes and etc. dark clothes bleed on to your baby and damage. Please wash first. Clothes will also shrink when washed.
