  • Today we're partnering with Discover Bisbee and taking a road trip to Chiricahua National Monument after a recent snow in southeast Arizona, exploring the perfect things to do on 1-2 day visit. This weekend trip covers all the park highlights as we stop off at several spots along Bonita Canyon Drive, including Faraway Ranch, the Echo Canyon Trail Grottoes, and Massai Point.
These unusual rock formations of these Chiricahua Mountains, called hoodoos, consist of pinnacles, balancing rocks, and columns, and were developed eons ago by volcanic activity and centuries of erosion.
We'll also enjoy seeing abundant wildlife in the foothills along Bonita Creek, including wild turkey, deer, javelina, and coati.

What a great video. Chiricahua National Monument is amazing and so worth visiting. we also had the opportunity to hike the Echo Canyon Loop in the snow last year. 👍🙂

Always enjoy your videos! I watched many of your Death Valley videos a while back since we will be there on vacation one day this year. We will also be visiting Chiricahua National Monument. We are doing a 2 week national and park road trip starting in Southern Illinois driving to Amarillo for Palo Duro Canyon, then to ABQ for the Petroglyph National Monument and Sandia Peak, then here to Chiricahua National Monument then on to California and Joshua Tree, Death Valley, and then hitting Valley of Fire, and a few of the Utah National Parks on the return leg.

Thank you so much for the kind words and what an EPIC road-trip that sounds like! I’m sure you’ll have the most incredible time & Chiricahua will not disappoint (it had been on my list for a while but I was blown away by the beauty & history here) happy adventuring!😊
